Waiver
I recognize that because CRABTREE FARMS’ operations involve fragile plants and the use of sharp
equipment and gardening tools, it is not appropriate to bring small children or animals to accompany me in
my volunteer work, for the safety of everyone involved. I also recognize that work around CRABTREE
FARMS can involve physical labor and strenuous activity. Accordingly, I willingly assume all of the risks
associated with these activities and agree and acknowledge that CRABTREE FARMS OF CHATTANOOGA,
INC and the City of Chattanooga shall have no liability to me for any injury, damage, or loss I may suffer by
carrying out these activities. On behalf of myself, my estate, my heirs and assigns, I hereby release
CRABTREE FARMS OF CHATTANOOGA, Inc. and the City of Chattanooga, and any employees, agents,
and officers, members, and other representatives thereof, from any and all costs, claims, losses, liabilities or
damage arising from or in any way related to my activities in working as a volunteer at CRABTREE FARMS.
I intend this release to be effective regardless of whether the claim of liability is asserted in negligence, strict
liability and tort, or any other theory of recovery. For myself, my estate, my heirs and assigns, I covenant and
agree to make no claim, nor to institute any suit, action or proceeding against Crabtree Farms of
Chattanooga, Inc. or the City of Chattanooga or any officers, directors, employees, or agents thereof, relating
to any accident, incident, or occurrence arising out of or in connection with my activities at CRABTREE
FARMS.
● PHOTO RELEASE
I hereby grant CRABTREE FARMS OF CHATTANOOGA, INC permission to use my likeness in
photograph(s) in any publications or publicity materials (including but not limited to books, newsletters,

CRABTREE FARMS for the use of the photograph(s).
